1. Visual warning:

   • Head-Up Display (HUD): Some Mercedes-Benz vehicles have a head-up display that projects important information directly onto the windshield. Warnings of obstacles, such as distance warnings, can be displayed in the driver's field of vision.

   • Cockpit display: Information about detected obstacles can also be displayed on the central display in the dashboard. This display gives the driver a visual warning and often also shows the location of obstacles near the vehicle.

   • Mirror display: In some models, warnings are also displayed in the exterior mirrors. Integrated LEDs can alert the driver to obstacles.

2. Audible warning:

   • Warning tone: If the vehicle detects obstacles and the distance is considered critical, a warning tone is often triggered. This warning tone can vary depending on the urgency of the situation. For example, a repeated beep can indicate that the vehicle is getting very close to an obstacle.
