1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders that you place with us in our online shop.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity.

1.3 An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Conclusion of contract, contract language

2.1 Conclusion of contract

The product presentation in our online shop serves to submit a purchase offer.

If you have found the product you are looking for, you can order it without obligation by clicking on the button “ Add to cart the shopping cart " into the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the "Shopping cart" button. You can delete the products contained therein by clicking on the " Remove " button.

You can check your entry again on our order page. By clicking on the button " payable By clicking on " Order " you complete the order process. You have then placed a binding order. The process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser window. You will also receive further information on the individual pages, such as options for making corrections. After receiving an order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an email documenting the order. This email confirms that we have received the order; this does not constitute a contract. A valid contract between you and us only comes into effect when we accept the offer by email. A binding contract can be concluded beforehand as follows, depending on the payment method selected:

  • If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
  • If you have chosen Paypal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment order to Paypal.
  • If you have chosen the Sofortüberweisung payment method, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order to Klarna Bank AB .

2.2. Contract language

The contract is concluded exclusively in German.

3. Storage option, access to the contract text

You can view these terms and conditions in our online shop. You can also print out or save these terms and conditions as a document using the function provided for this purpose in your Internet browser. You can also download this document in PDF format and archive it. You can also archive the data of your order by either downloading the terms and conditions and saving the data summarized on the last page of the order process in the online shop using the functions of your browser or by waiting for the automatic order confirmation, which we will also send to you by email after completing your order to the address you provided. We save the contract text and send you the order data by email. You can view past orders in your customer account if you are registered.

4. Prices , payment terms, shipping costs, delivery terms,

4.1. Prices

For orders in our online shop, the prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices stated are final prices in euros, i.e. they include all price components as well as the statutory sales tax and are subject to any shipping costs.

4.2. Terms of payment

The customer can choose from the available payment methods (Shopify Payments) during and before completing the order process. If payment by invoice is possible, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the invoice. For all other payment methods, payment must be made in advance without deduction. If third parties are commissioned to process the payment, e.g. Paypal and Klarna Bank AB, their general terms and conditions apply. If the due date for payment is determined according to the calendar, the customer is in default simply by missing the deadline. In this case, the customer must pay the statutory default interest. The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the seller from claiming further damages for default.

4.3 Shipping costs

The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. We charge a flat rate of EUR 7.99 for delivery. For orders over EUR 100.01, shipping is free.

4.4. Delivery conditions

Delivery is made by DHL. If not all of the ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense, provided this is reasonable for the customer. If the ordered product is not available because our supplier has not supplied us with this product through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or the customer does not want a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already provided.

The delivery conditions, the delivery date and any existing delivery restrictions can be found under a correspondingly labelled button on our website or in the respective item description. If you are a consumer, the law stipulates that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold during shipping only passes to you when the goods are handed over to you, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not named by us or another person designated to carry out the shipment.

If you are a business owner, delivery and shipping are at your own risk. Delivery is only possible within Germany.

5. Availability of goods

The downloads will be activated after receipt of the invoice amount, e.g. when paying via Paypal or Klarna Sofortüberweisung usually immediately, when paying via bank transfer directly after receipt of payment has been confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

6.1 Cancellation policy

6.1.2 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. 6.2 Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivery of goods,

  • which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB),
  • if, after delivery, these have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature (Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 4 of the German Civil Code).
  • Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

7. Warranty conditions

For consumers, the statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period is one year.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Before ownership is transferred, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or modification is not permitted without our consent.

9. Consumer arbitration procedure

Consumers can use the platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution to initiate an arbitration procedure for disputes arising from online legal transactions. The platform can be accessed via the following link:

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
