How do I get access to online counseling?
Immediately after your order confirmation, you will receive an email with the link to your booked course. If you have not received this email, please contact mein-anders-tv@ich-shoppe-anders.de
Are there refill packs for the display cleaner?
In addition to the two display cleaners, our 2-in-1 display cleaner set includes a refill bag with 200ml content.
What do I do if my microfiber cloth for the display cleaner is too dirty?
You can easily clean your microfiber cover under water.
Can I use the display cleaner for all surfaces?
Our display cleaner is ideal for all types of displays, be it the touchscreen in your car, your smartphone/tablet or your computer screen. This cleaner was developed primarily for glass or glass-like surfaces and therefore offers optimal cleaning results for these surfaces.
Is there a volume discount?

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, we recommend that you use the DHL tracking in the shipping email. You will receive this automatically as soon as we have sent your package.
There you will find a tracking number that will allow you to track the current location and estimated delivery time of your order. Simply enter the tracking number on the DHL website to get the latest information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
We recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible to communicate your change or cancellation requests. Please have your order number ready so that we can help you quickly. If the order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it, but our customer service will do their best to find a satisfactory solution.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
The delivery address can only be changed as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if we need to make a change.
Can I return my order?
You have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal at any time. You can find more information in our cancellation policy.
Make sure the items are in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact. Contact our customer service team for further return instructions and to arrange a refund or exchange.

Can I also buy gift vouchers?
We do not currently offer gift vouchers.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days , unless otherwise stated in the offer. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 5 working days. Is it also possible to ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Which courier service is used for shipping?
Our packages are sent exclusively with DHL. With every order you will automatically receive a shipment tracking number by email.
Who is responsible for customs clearance for international orders?
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs fees and clearances.
Can I pick up my order in person instead of having it delivered?
Yes, we offer collection from our location in Vechta. You can simply specify this during the ordering process under the delivery option.

How do I use the filter function?
You can select an appropriate category using the "Category" field. To do so, simply click on the category.
If you don't find anything suitable there, you can use the search field at the top left of our page. It's best to enter a relevant word here, such as "MBUX" or "brakes".
Can I also search for specific topics?

Are there any current topics to be added?
We are currently working on gradually updating the media library. It may take a few months until we reach the current status.
You can find current topics on our YouTube channel . New videos are posted here every Tuesday and Thursday.
Can I download the videos in the media library?
We currently do not offer the option to download videos directly from our media library. However, all of our videos can also be found on YouTube .
Are the videos in the media library also suitable for beginners?
Yes, our videos are aimed at car owners of all experience levels, including beginners. We strive to present our content in a clear and understandable way so that everyone, regardless of their skill level, can benefit from the tips and tricks we offer.
Can I give feedback on the videos in the media library?
