You can return items to us within 14 days. You can find more detailed information about this in our cancellation policy.

A return label is included with your package for returns. Stick this on the carefully repackaged and sealed package and hand it in at a post office of your choice. You will not incur any costs for the return.

Please note that for organizational reasons, only goods that were originally ordered in the Mercedes-Benz Online Shop can be taken back in the Mercedes-Benz Online Shop. Unfortunately, returns and complaints from purchases from Mercedes-Benz dealers cannot be accepted.

Please note the following information for your return:

• Only unworn items in their original packaging with no signs of use can be returned.
• Please enclose the return slip enclosed with the invoice. By providing a reason for the return, you help us to process your return in a targeted manner and to further improve our products.
• When you hand in the package you will receive a delivery receipt. Please keep this.
